Online Tool suggest for oily skin. Yeah no.I bought this product because the online tool for Cerave suggested this for oily skin. I have the oil control cleaner and love it, but this is not for oily skin. While it feels great on at first, it quickly begins to pool up on top of the skin with even small amounts and now I look like I stuck my face directly in a vat of oil. I do not want sunscreen in my products so I was happy to see it didn't recommend one with sunscreen in it. I wish this worked because I am in desperate need for something to control oil on my skin. But I am so disappointed. I guess I'm not the only one to have this same experience either. Cerave should formulate a product specifically for oily skin to complement the cleanser.

Please bring back the old formula!I used the Cerave AM Lotion for years with great success. It was the only product on the market that perfectly moisturized and calmed my ultra-sensitive, acne-prone skin. The new formula still provides good moisturization for my skin, but it is so cosmetically inelegant. Not only does it feel heavy and tacky, it looks tacky, streaky, and pills horribly. It also no longer calms the redness in my skin. Is it possible to reformulate this product back into the old formula? Or at least use microfine zinc which is so much more cosmetically elegant? I am a huge fan of Cerave products, and am so disappointed by this new formulation. Please bring back the old formula, or at least improve it!

UVA Factor?I really like this moisturizer. It feels quite sunscreen-y when first applied but I found it absorbed nicely and didn’t leave a white caste. I didn’t have a problem with the product pilling. However, I have lately been educated regarding UVA factor in sunscreens. The SPF only refers to UVB. A sunscreen can can SPF of 60 and might have UVA rating of 5 because there isn’t a minimum required in North America. Health Canada accepts the symbol of UVA in a circle that guarantees that the UVA is a minimum of the SPF rating, which is a standard minimum in Europe. That means with a product with SPF of 60 you will be guaranteed that it has a minimum UVA of 20. CereVe has not adopted this system so I am wondering what the UVA factor is?

PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK!I’ve spent years looking for the perfect moisturizer and this was it (for both AM and PM use) - it was lightweight, not greasy, beautiful under makeup and did wonders for my skin. I absolutely LOVED everything about it. I was super disappointed when I opened up my new bottle to discover that it was reformulated and is now thick and not smooth at all. I’m so upset. I’ll be returning this and scouring the internet to try to find any of the old formula. PLEASE change it back!! Otherwise I’ll have to look elsewhere. : (

Texture and Consistency ChangeA bottle of this lotion will last me a long time so I was shocked to see the label had new language since my last purchase. "Ultra Lightweight". When I saw that I was immediately concerned. The reason I use CereVe PM is because of the thin consistency. The new ultra lightweight is not as thin as what I had in my prior bottle. I still had some left and was able to compare. Ultra lightweight is not a thick lotion, it's just not as thin as the prior version. I'll give it a chance but am disappointed with the change.

Used to be my favorite, but I can't use it anymoreI have sensitive dry skin but need something that isn't heavy or greasy. This was recommended by my Derm and I used it for years. It was perfect for my skin, light, hydrating, and didn't cause acne. The new bottle I got has a moisturizer that sits on my skin like a rubber mask, heavy, almost like my skin can't breathe. After looking online I found out CeraVe was purchased and the PM moisturizer was reformulated. Time to start looking for something else.

CeraVe needs to update their ingredients list!!!CeraVe reformulated this lotion a while back, but have failed to update the ingredients list on their website. This is the NEW formulation:
Purified Water, Glycerin, Caprylic/Capric Triglycerides, Niacinamide, Cetearyl Alcohol, Ceramide 3, Ceramide 6-II, Ceramide 1, Phytosphingosine, Hyaluronic Acid, Sodium Hydroxide, Dimethicone, Behentrimonium Methosulfate, Ceteareth-20, Polyglyceryl-3 Diisostearate, Cholesterol, Xanthan Gum, Carbomer, Disodium EDTA, Dipotassium Phosphate, Potassium Phosphate, Sodium Lauroyl Lactylate, Methylparaben, Propylparaben.
That is what's on the bottle that I currently have. The lotion feels lighter to me now. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but why mess with a good thing? Also, not happy that CeraVe is not being up front and transparent about the formulation change.

What happened??I bought this product and LOVED it! I ran out, and went to purchase my second bottle.... What happened? The texture of the second bottle I bought is MUCH heavier then my first bottle. I like this product because it was light, non scented, and it just worked! I'm bummed about this second purchase. It's expensive and I hate it. Hopefully I just got a bad bottle and they didn't change anything about it.
