  • The Foaming Cleanser is safe for dry skin. While it's primarily designed for normal to oily skin to effectively cleanse, some with dry skin may use it if they follow with a rich moisturizer. However, for dry skin, we typically recommend CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser, which is formulated to cleanse without stripping moisture, leaving skin hydrated and comfortable. Very dry skin can benefit from CeraVe Hydrating Foaming Oil with squalane oil, know to help retain moisture.
  • This cleanser gently refreshes and effectively removes excess oil, dirt, and makeup. For exfoliating benefits, you might prefer CeraVe SA Cleanser formulated with salicylic acid.
